Once your account is setup, sign in so you can continue with the download: Step 10) Accept the terms: Step 11) Next I recommend selecting “Direct Download”: Step 12) Now select the links to download RSLogix Micro Starter Lite, RSLinx Classic, and RS Emulate 500: Note: Below you'll find a screenshot of Rockwell's website showing which versions of Windows 7 RSLogix Micro 8.3 is supported on (it does work well on Windows 10, but the free version is not officially supported on it:) For information on other operating systems check out Rockwell's compatibility website using the link below: Step 8) Then select the “Download Now” button on the bottom right: Step 9) At this point you may be asked to sign in. RSLogix 500 is a normal size and can be downloaded at any time, but RSLinx is a very large file and you may want to down load this late at night, you will need the entire file.Step 6) And the select the downloads link (a small picture of a hard drive and arrow) for version 10 as shown below: Important: Today, only the downloads for version 10 and 11 have links to the software downloads, so it's important to chose the link shown above: Step 7) In the next window, select the check-boxes for RSLogix Micro Starter Lite w/o RSLinx EN, RSLogix Emulate, and RSLinx Classic Lite as shown below: NOTE: The software list shown below may not be in the same exact order as what you find online today as over time Rockwell rearranges this list. Note: RSLinx lite will work with more then just RSLogix starterĪfter you download the file then unzip the file and install the software, when you are asked for a serial number, use 0123456789 You will have to do this once for each file, Linx and Logix You must register if you don't have an account, then enter your login name and passwordĬlick on the hyperlink " Select by Catalog Number" for RSLogix 500 starter (this is for 10 point AB PLC's only) use part number 9324RL0050ENE… for RSLinx 'Lite' use this part number 9355WAB100ENEĮnter the part number and click apply, click on the file below your user name and click qualify for update and choose "Download all files" Now click on software up dates and agree to the terms If you are looking for the FREE version of Allen Bradley RSLogix 500 and the free version of RSLinx lite then use this, this was wrote by me so there may be an error or two but it should help you get what you are after I have search and did not find very many exact answers, so I wrote this, in hopes that it may help.
